Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Shipping rates are determined by destination and desired level of service (standard or express). We make every attempt to ship orders within 2-3 business day that they are placed. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, or outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day.

Return requests must be made within ten days from the date of delivery.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.
Once your return has been received you will be refunded via your original method of payment, minus the initial shipping cost, where applicable.
